United Arrows is a leading luxury department store in Japan that has partnered with the Ethical Fashion Initiative since 2013. Inspired by the partnership and the range of beautiful artisanal work available from all over the world, United Arrows launched its own ethical fashion label called “TÉGÊ United Arrows” (TÉGÊ meaning “hand” in Bambara.) TÉGÊ produces hand-crafted fashion that celebrates the handwork and skills of artisans. Through this brand, United Arrows works with artisans in Kenya for accessories and Burkina Faso for hand-woven fabric.
