MEET
THE
MAKERS

To mark Fashion Revolution week 2019, the 6th anniversary of the Rana Plaza collapse in Dhaka, Bangladesh, we have put together a video series, telling the stories of the Artisans we work with in Kenya.

From Maasai beaders in the Ngong hills outside of Nairobi, to the process of Dhow sail recycling at our social enterprise Artisan Fashion, explore the stories of our artisan communities in Kenya and the people #WhoMadeYourClothes.

We will release a video every day this Fashion Revolution Week (22nd-28th April 2019), stay tuned!

ITS
TIME
FOR A
REVOLUTION

At the EFI we believe that the fashion industry has the potential to be a driver for development, and rather than trapping people in a cycle of poverty, can be used to lift communities and provide opportunities to workers to better their lives.
