The fabric for this collection was made in Burkina Faso, with our social enterprise partner CABES

A total of 26 artisans worked on this order, producing 563,52 metres of fabric
This order involved the production of a weaving pattern that contributed to artisans learning process. Induction has been completed by technicians to 11 artisans (9 women and 2 men)

“My name is Thérèse, I am 25 years old. I started weaving on a small loom 4 years ago before getting trained by CABES to work on wide looms. The training I got upgraded my skills and allowed me to take part to the production of this order. I am happy of this collaboration with CABES because it gives me a good part of my regular monthly income. Our atelier is changing thanks to the support of EFI and CABES. It is also thanks to business partners through regular orders.”
